The Philippines has been one of our most important rescue missions for many years. Over the years, our team has travelled there repeatedly to provide direct support to animals in need. Together with local animal advocates, we even operated our own rescue shelter for an extended period, giving abandoned animals a safe place to recover.
Today, thanks to your support, we continue to feed stray dogs and cats on the streets, fund life-saving veterinary treatment in local clinics, and respond to the most urgent needs of animals across the country.
Together, we have helped thousands of animals. We have supported local rescuers with veterinary care, food supplies, animal transport, shelter renovations, and the everyday equipment needed to keep rescue operations running—from animal care supplies to essential infrastructure and emergency resources. We have also provided emergency assistance during floods and typhoons, helping rebuild damaged shelters and ensuring animals were not left behind in times of crisis.
Because of your generosity, several rescued dogs were able to travel to Europe and begin a new chapter of their lives with loving families. One of them, Toto, is still waiting for the home he deserves, and we remain hopeful that his family is out there.
The Philippines continues to be one of the key places where we focus our work, and we are proud to stand alongside dedicated local rescuers who never give up on the animals in their care.
